Active license to practice law in North Carolina, or ability to obtain licensure promptly. Experience in public finance, municipal law, or government representation preferred. Familiarity with government financing structures and tax considerations. Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters effectively and work independently and as part of a team. Education J.D. from an accredited law school.
