Acute Care Physical Therapist - Rehab & Discharge Planning

AHMC Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled interventions in an acute care hospital setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote functional outcomes and safe discharge planning. You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations across post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, and general medical cases, deliver therapeutic exercises and gait training, educate patients and #J-18808-Ljbffr AHMC Healthcare Inc.
