Greenfield Rehab and Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team in Riverside, California. This full-time position is ideal for an individual committed to restoring patient mobility and enhancing their quality of life through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. You will play a pivotal role in our outpatient orthopedic practice, directly impacting the lives of our patients as you guide them on their rehabilitation journey.

Our clinic spans 5,000 square feet and is designed specifically for sports medicine and orthopedic treatment. We cater primarily to individuals with private medical insurance, which allows us to concentrate on delivering high-quality, individualized care. Our compassionate team consists of two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all dedicated to the well-being of our patients.

Work Environment

This role is conducted onsite within our advanced rehabilitation center, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues and interact with patients in a supportive and dynamic atmosphere. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and resources to facilitate effective therapy, allowing you to utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions, recognizing their specific objectives and requirements.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour to provide focused and effective therapy.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility.
• Address pain management and rehabilitation goals by minimizing reliance on medications and proposing non-surgical options.
• Design and supervise customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment process to optimize their functional potential.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to patients in accordance with organizational standards.
• Evaluate patient outcomes, monitor progress regularly, and communicate effectively with patients and family members.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions seeking rehabilitation to restore mobility and functionality. Patients may include those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and managing chronic pain or mobility issues. We aim to improve each patient's overall strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, promoting long-term wellness and independence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your physical therapy license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing therapeutic exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to maintain comprehensive patient records.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly valued.
• A demonstrated track record of successfully managing a diverse patient caseload effectively.
• Capability to assess and adapt therapeutic approaches based on patient feedback and progress.

Compensation and Benefits
