Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing both clinical assessments and patient feedback to design individualized treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored specifically to each patient's needs, tracking progress, and adjusting interventions accordingly.
• Provide education to patients and their families on injury recovery, preventive measures, and lifestyle adjustments that can enhance rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure comprehensive care and continuity.
• Engage in professional development activities such as attending workshops and conferences to stay current on advancements in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. You'll work with diverse cases ranging from post-operative care to chronic pain management, allowing you to apply your expertise in various scenarios and contribute positively to patient outcomes. Your role will be critical in empowering patients to regain their independence and improve their functional abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy setting.
• Certification in CPR is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments.

Preferred Experience

• Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is strongly preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
