Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions that may include manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities tailored to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on the principles of physical therapy, self-management techniques, and preventive care strategies to promote long-term wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and support for patients' diverse needs.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner to meet compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients seeking orthopedic rehabilitation, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
