Position Overview

Rehab United is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our onsite outpatient orthopedic team in Corona, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Educate patients on their conditions, the benefits of therapy, and strategies to maintain their health and prevent recurrence of injuries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress in line with compliance regulations and best practices.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, treatment outcomes, and improvement strategies.
• Mentor junior therapists and support staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current California Physical Therapy License or Physical Therapist Licensure Applicants (PTLA) status.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective patient education.
• Proven capacity to work autonomously while also contributing positively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Applied Functional Science (AFS) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient management.
• A strong background in outpatient orthopedic settings or similar environments.
