Work Environment

The selected Physical Therapist will operate predominantly in a home care setting, allowing for personalized and flexible treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Boost Energy Physical Therapy, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate patients' conditions, understanding their medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessment findings, ensuring alignment with patient goals and preferences.
• Educate patients about their rehabilitation process, promoting commitment to their personalized plan of care and engaging them actively in their recovery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, or a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferable.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A clean professional record, without previous board actions or disciplinary measures against the license.
