Strive Rehabilitation Services is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our team within an orthopedic outpatient practice located in Riverside, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting patients in their journey to regain mobility and enhance their overall functionality. Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite, situated in a vibrant and well-equipped outpatient office. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured environment where you can focus on patient care without weekend or evening obligations. Our practice is built on a patient-first philosophy, and you will have the support of a friendly team that encourages collaborative teamwork and open communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to the goals and needs of patients, developing tailored treatment plans that prioritize their rehabilitation journey.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention and focused care.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques to address musculoskeletal issues and improve patient outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, minimizing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical alternatives whenever possible.
• Design and adapt fitness and wellness programs to meet individual patient needs, promoting a proactive approach to recovery.
• Effectively document all patient interactions and treatment modalities in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Enhance patient motivation and engagement throughout the therapy process, advocating for a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient treatment and recovery.
• Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy, track patient progress, and maintain open lines of communication with clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will largely interact with patients who have private medical insurance and present with a range of orthopedic conditions. Our patient demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care will be pivotal in effectively guiding these patients toward their recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• No board actions or disciplinary measures against the license in the past.
• Demonstrated manual therapy skills with a strong grasp of various treatment techniques.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, and ability to document patient care efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While the basic qualification is a Bachelor's degree, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is highly preferred. Additionally, previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is essential for meeting the demands of this role. Strong manual therapy skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients will be significant assets.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
