Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each patient, creating tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals and time frames.
• Provide high-quality manual therapy along with advanced therapeutic exercises utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, including Normatec and Neubie technology—part of an innovative approach recognized in professional sports.
• Document patient progress through clinical summaries and maintain clear communication channels with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
• Engage in follow-up communications with prospective and existing patients to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to share patient caseloads, fostering an integrated approach to improve outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance both your own skills and the services we provide.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a dynamic patient base of highly motivated athletic individuals, aged 35 and up, including elite and professional athletes. In addition, we also accommodate younger clients suffering from various orthopedic conditions. This vibrant demographic is characterized by their commitment to health and active lifestyles, ensuring that each day presents rewarding challenges to help them excel both in rehabilitation and performance.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a solid foundation in manual therapy.
• A genuine passion for patient care and an eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a supportive environment.
• Willingness to engage in community fitness initiatives, including teaching small group fitness classes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates, NAIOMT training, or Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques is highly valued.
• Familiarity working with vestibular and post-concussion patients is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience.
