Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and modalities aimed at enhancing mobility and pain relief.
• Educate and guide patients on therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies to promote long-term success.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allowing you to dedicate adequate time for assessment, intervention, and follow-ups with each patient.
• Regularly assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to maintain compliance and provide continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic treatment approach.
• Actively promote wellness by helping patients improve their strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility through targeted fitness and rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
