Work Environment

This full-time position is located onsite at our cutting-edge rehabilitation center in Riverside, California. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and create individualized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and functional training, to facilitate recovery and prevent further disability.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, goals of treatment, and strategies to maximize recovery and maintain health.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, tracking patient progress and adapting treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, incorporating new knowledge into therapy techniques as appropriate to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Maximum Wellness PT, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic conditions, and patients in need of rehabilitation following injury or illness. Your expertise will directly contribute to the restoration of mobility and improvement of daily living activities for these individuals, positively impacting their overall wellness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits
