COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary) Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business) The figures above reflect real average first-year Agent earnings across our agency network. Total compensation — which includes base salary, commissions, and performance-based earnings — is driven by your individual effort, hustle, and the relationships you build with members. The ceiling? Virginia Farm Bureau desires to hire an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in the Isle of Wight Main Farm Bureau Office located in Isle of Wight, VA. This position will be full time on-site at our Isle of Wight Branch office. No relocation offered. If you are a driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual, this position is for you! Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships and a desire to help and serve their community members and organizations.
