Jr Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting enterprise and line-of-business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range: $38

What's the Job?

• Own and manage the intake process from submission through completion, ensuring requests are accurately documented and entered into systems
• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, gather requirements, and guide them through processes
• Provide timely responses and resolve questions or blockers to keep work moving forward
• Collaborate with Project/Program Managers, BSAs, and Product teams to document requirements and track work (Jira)
• Maintain and update project status, timelines, and documentation in alignment with PMO standards

What's Needed?

• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
