Jr Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting enterprise and line-of-business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Pay Range: $38 What's the Job? Own and manage the intake process from submission through completion, ensuring requests are accurately documented and entered into systems Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, gather requirements, and guide them through processes Provide timely responses and resolve questions or blockers to keep work moving forward Collaborate with Project/Program Managers, BSAs, and Product teams to document requirements and track work (Jira) Maintain and update project status, timelines, and documentation in alignment with PMO standards What's Needed? 1–3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively What's in it for me?
