Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant

We re currently seeking a (XXXXX) to join our amazing team.
Details of the Opening:
- Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
- Evaluate and manage hematology and oncology patients in outpatient and/or inpatient settings
- Monitor patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and infusion treatments
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, medications, treatment plans, and side effects
- Coordinate care with oncologists, infusion nurses, pharmacists, radiation oncology, palliative care, and social workers
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (ARC-PA approved)
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Active CA license; will consider IMLC
- CA DEA
