responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and win new customer projects in automation, robotics and motion control applications
  
  
  
• Play a key part in developing new business opportunities with OEM customers, supporting the growth of sensing-enabled solutions, including encoder technologies
  
  
• Develop new business opportunities with OEM customers in automation, robotics, machine tools and motion control
  
  
• Own the business development for assigned region including opportunity creation, customer targeting and pipeline management
  
  
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, from early engagement to project closure

Required Qualifications:

• Experience identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities
  
  
  
• Exposure to OEM customers in automation, robotics, or industrial applications
  
  
• Ability to translate technical understanding into customer value
  
  
• Experience within an electrical manufacturing industry
  
  
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies based on customer needs

Preferred:

• Engineering degree in electronics or mechatronics or another relevant technical discipline

• Experience in encoders, industrial sensors, or motion control technologies
