Job Description Senior Technical Recruiter – Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid). Partner with engineering directors, sales executives, and cross‑functional hiring managers to execute full‑cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and executive leadership pipelines. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life cycle: review applications, source candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, and close technical and executive roles. Maintain 15+ active requisitions while ensuring high‑quality hires. Supervise and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists who recruit for technical roles. Partner with executive leadership to understand hiring needs, craft engaging job descriptions, and calibrate recruitment strategies. Develop and execute high‑touch headhunting strategies to engage passive, top‑tier leadership talent and executive profiles. Serve as the candidate’s point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Utilize ATS (Greenhouse/Workday) to extract KPIs, deliver market and compensation intelligence, and compile competitor insights. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to continuously improve team operations and optimize software workflows. Represent Silvus at high‑impact industry events, build relationships with university engineering programs, and evangelise the Silvus technical mission. Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems. Collaborate with HR on the offer and onboarding process. Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity. Partner with Recruiting team members for project, process, and interview training. Occasional travel to college campuses for career fairs and recruitment activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 8 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience; or a High School Diploma plus 12 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience. Experience focused on defense, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, communications or networking technology, or a closely related technical industry. Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience supporting engineering disciplines (hardware, electrical, mechanical, RF, wireless communications, embedded software, FPGA, systems engineering). Strong experience with data‑driven sourcing toolsets (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Boolean/X‑ray searches). Experience using ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to client federal contracts. All employment contingent upon background check and drug test clearance. Compensation $130,000 – $160,000 annually (pay within this range varies based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience).
