Senior Technical Recruiter (contract)

Location & Contract Los Angeles, CA – In office 4 days/week. Duration: Contract. What You’ll Do Lead full‑cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, IT, data, and product). Partner directly with senior stakeholders to intake, calibrate, and refine hiring strategies. Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, leveraging proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping. Drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through. Collaborate cross‑functionally with HRBPs, Recruiting Ops, and leadership to ensure alignment and efficiency. Help bring structure and clarity to recruiting processes in a dynamic, evolving environment. Support organizational initiatives in partnership with HR as needed, including: updating and refining job descriptions across the tech organization; assisting with role leveling and scope alignment. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in‑house within a complex or high‑growth organization. Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related recruiting technologies), including pipeline management and candidate tracking best practices. Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions. Strong experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, enterprise systems, etc.). Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and operate independently. Excellent communication skills with a polished, client‑facing presence. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑demand environments (media/entertainment experience is a plus). Hiring Pay Range Minimum: $78,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds). Maximum: $104,000 annually.
