Corporate Development & Strategy Lead

Our client, a leading travel and tour operator, is looking for a Corporate Development & Strategy Lead to identify acquisition opportunities, evaluate potential investments, and support high-priority business initiatives. This is a hands-on role for an analytical and strategic professional who will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, execute transactions, and support continued growth. Develop and manage a pipeline of acquisition opportunities and build relationships with business owners, founders, and industry contacts. Evaluate potential acquisitions through financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and due diligence. Prepare investment analyses, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership. Support deal structuring, negotiations, financing, and transaction closing. Develop post-acquisition integration plans and track key initiatives and results. Lead select strategic projects focused on growth, cost optimization, market expansion, and business improvement. Corporate Development & Strategy Lead Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a related field. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Strong financial modeling, valuation, accounting, and investment-analysis skills. Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction execution. Excellent analytical, communication, and project-management skills. Ability to work with senior executives, business owners, and cross-functional teams.
