What You'll Be Doing Drive partner adoption of operational software solutions and advisory services through consultative conversations focused on business outcomes. Collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers to generate opportunities, progress sales pipelines, and increase partner engagement. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives by identifying growth opportunities and expanding solution adoption. Lead benchmarking workshops and strategic planning discussions that help partners improve efficiency, automation, and operational performance. Deliver engaging business and technical presentations to internal teams and external partner audiences. Maintain accurate opportunity management and forecasting through Salesforce and other business systems. Influence partner success by recommending operational best practices, industry trends, and scalable business strategies. Contribute to team initiatives, organizational planning, and the ongoing evolution of Pax8's operations solutions practice. The Impact You'll Have As an Operations Solutions Consultant, you'll play a critical role in helping partners build stronger, more efficient businesses. Your ability to challenge thinking, uncover opportunities, and guide meaningful operational improvements will directly influence partner growth, solution adoption, and overall business success across the Pax8 ecosystem. What Success Looks Like We’re looking for someone who combines commercial excellence with operational curiosity and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow. You bring: Proven success in consultative sales environments, particularly where business outcomes are the primary driver of value. Substantial experience working with Software as a Service solutions and subscription-based technologies. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers. Strong understanding of technology provider, managed services, or channel-based business models. Experience leveraging CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines and opportunities effectively. Confidence presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Extensive knowledge of operational workflows, service delivery, automation, and business improvement strategies. Familiarity with remote monitoring, professional services automation, quoting platforms, documentation solutions, and broader managed services ecosystems. Strong business acumen with an interest in operational maturity, benchmarking, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. A history of achieving ambitious goals while maintaining a partner‑first mindset.
