Sales And Marketing Lead

KoiReader Technologies is hiring a Sales, Pre-Sales & Marketing Lead to own revenue-facing strategy and execution end to end from pipeline generation and solution positioning through deal closure and market-facing brand presence. This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role reporting into the CEO, working closely with the Director of Technology and founding team. Key Responsibilities Sales Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing Build and manage a healthy pipeline against revenue targets, with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene Develop account and territory strategy for target verticals/customer segments Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in coordination with leadership Pre-Sales Translate prospect requirements into tailored solution narratives, demos, and proposals Partner with the technology/product team to scope feasibility and craft technical responses to RFPs/RFIs Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements with prospective customers Build reusable sales collateral: pitch decks, ROI/business-case models, case studies Marketing Own go-to-market strategy and positioning across target segments and channels Plan and execute demand-generation campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships) Manage brand messaging, website, and marketing content in line with company voice Track and report on marketing-sourced pipeline and campaign ROI Skills & Requirements MBA from ISB, IIM Ahmedabad, or other similar institutes is preferred. 3-6 years of experience spanning sales, pre-sales, consulting, or marketing in a B2B/enterprise or SaaS environment. Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into solution proposals and business cases. Strong quantitative and analytical skills comfortable building pricing, ROI, and market-sizing models. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage confidently with CXO-level stakeholders. Self-starter comfortable operating with high ownership in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. Prior exposure to GTM strategy, incentive design, or revenue operations is a strong plus.
