NJ 07733 Pay Rate: $25 - $30/HRPrimary day-to-day responsibilities entail creating and resolving Desktop issues for First Energy employees Onsite and Remote.Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items. Candidate must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ServiceNow ticket status.General Daily Task:Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support.Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applicationsManagement and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow toolTop 2 required skills that candidates must have: Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).Work schedule for this position: (M-F) 8am-4:30pm.
