This is a true ownership role you'll lead projects end-to-end while managing clients, teams, and complex approval processes on large-scale public-sector work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead projects through all phases (SD ? CD ? CA)
• Serve as the primary client contact
• Manage budgets, schedules, and staffing plans
• Coordinate architects, consultants, and contractors
• Navigate agency approvals and permitting processes
• Oversee production of design documents and deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges

What You Bring

• Experience managing architectural projects end-to-end
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Background in public-sector, education, or healthcare projects
• Experience coordinating with governing agencies / approvals
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams

Nice to Have

• Architectural license (or pursuing)
• Experience with large, multi-discipline project teams
• Exposure to complex regulatory environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
