Η ΤΕΡΝΑ Α.Ε., εταιρεία του Ομίλου ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ , αναζητά: Payroll Specialist Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Συγκεντρώνει δεδομένα (παρουσιολόγια, ασθένειες, άδειες κλπ) για την μηνιαία έκδοση μισθοδοσίας. Καταχωρεί στις πλατφόρμες δημοσίων αρχών (ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, ΕΦΚΑ κλπ) και στα λογισμικά συστήματα της εταιρείας, τα πάσης φύσεως δεδομένα για την υλοποίηση προσλήψεων, αποχωρήσεων και μεταβολών. Συγκεντρώνει δικαιολογητικά νεοπροσληφθέντων, προετοιμάζει φακέλους και συμμετέχει στην επίλυση καθημερινών ζητημάτων προσωπικού. Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ (κατά προτίμηση οικονομικής ή/και θετικής κατεύθυνσης ή ανάλογης κατάρτισης) 4 έτη προϋπηρεσίας σε τμήμα μισθοδοσίας (συγκεκριμένα σε Τεχνικές Εταιρείες) Γνώσεις σε βασικές οικονομικές αρχές Αντίληψη ασφαλιστικής και εργατικής νομοθεσίας Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά) Άριστη χρήση βασικών λειτουργικών προγραμμάτων Η/Υ (Word, Excel κλπ) και ΙΤ συστημάτων Βασικές γνώσεις SCAN HRMS & SAP θα συνεκτιμηθούν Δεξιότητες Αντίληψη λειτουργίας μεγάλων Ομίλων Έμφαση στις λεπτομέρειες και στα «ψιλά γράμματα» Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και μεθοδικότητα Δεξιότητες άμεσης επίλυσης καθημερινών θεμάτων Προθυμία και διαθεσιμότητα όποτε απαιτηθεί Εχεμύθεια και εμπιστευτικότητα Παροχές Εταιρείας Προοπτικές εξέλιξης και ανάπτυξης σε έναν ισχυρό Όμιλο εταιρειών Συμμετοχή σε Ομιλικό Πρόγραμμα Ιδιωτικής Ασφάλισης Ζωής & Υγείας #J-18808-Ljbffr Kariera SA
