Halifax Paving, family-owned and operated since 1955, has a proven track record of providing high-quality asphalt and site work services throughout Eastern and Northern Central Florida. We are seeking a Project Manager to manage project documentation, support project engineers, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of documents between internal and external partners, ensuring project documentation is processed on time.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Create and maintain project schedules, including tracking milestones and deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify issues or concerns.
• Act as a liaison between the Superintendent and subcontractors.
• Monitor and track project costs, including change orders, and prepare project financial reports.
• Collaborate with project team members, including owners, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
• Provide technical support to project team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or strong work history a plus.
• Knowledge of Primavera scheduling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Computer proficiency.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Strong time management.
