Experienced Patient Dining Associate (Healthcare Required)

Overview St. Mary’s Health Care System is seeking experienced Nutritional Service Associates who understand the importance of diet accuracy, tray line operations, and patient-centered service in a clinical setting. This is not a restaurant role; it is healthcare nutrition that supports patient recovery and safety. Employment Type Full time Shift Schedule: 6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. 12‑hour shifts, with willingness to work every other weekend. Responsibilities Accurately assemble patient trays based on prescribed diets. Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions (diabetic, cardiac, renal, etc.). Work on tray line / tray passing with attention to detail and timing. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting. Qualifications Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary setting is required. Hands‑on experience with tray line / tray passing, diet order accuracy, and patient meal delivery. Knowledge of therapeutic diets and attention to detail. Strong reliability and ability to collaborate in a team.
