This position is the primary internal customer contact and support for field personnel and follows from quote to final shipment of product to customer./ppJob Responsibilities and Tasks:/pulliPrepares all quotes, vets PO, ASEs data sheet and creates Factory Order for production as required by the customer./liliMakes sure all information and updates pertaining to the production of the customers product is communicated to the ASE and customer./liliAssists customers and ASEs in selection of roll material, or compound for the cover application./liliScheduling and managing the goods during transit, including loading, unloading, and ensuring compliance with regulations./liliResponsible for communicating customer needs to Sales Field, Planning, Warehouses, and other Departments as needed./liliHandles and process Customer complaints, returns and allowances./liliProvides updates to customers on the status of their rolls in production while maintaining excellent communication skills./liliHandles the more technical or complex service questions from customers and applies judgment in resolving service or technical problems falling within established limits of authority and knowledge./liliTrack shipments and proof of delivery as required./liliMaintain Estimated Sales Dates and Requested Dates on each order to assist in Inventory Management for assigned territories./liliPrepare Customs Documentation as required for shipment of pieces to Canadian Customers/liliMay provide work direction to others/liliPerforms other duties, projects, cross training on similar positions as required by management./li/ulpQualification Requirements:/pulliEducation: High School Diploma, Associates Degree beneficial but not required/liliExperience: 3-5 years of relevant customer service experience in a manufacting environment preferred./liliLanguages: English/liliTechnology proficiency is essential, advanced Microsoft Office are preferred./liliPossess sound judgment, customer service skills, communication, problem solving, and organizational/scheduling skills./liliAbility to prioritize effectively and multi-task while working independently or collaborating within the team./li/ulpAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability./p/div
