We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to our customers at the lowest possible cost and least environmental impact.The Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting multiple operational functions, including online order fulfillment, warehouse operations, forklift operation, general production, and backup for local deliveries. This role ensures accurate order processing, safe material handling, timely shipments, and efficient production support while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.What You Will Do:Meet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targetsPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on timeManage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platformsAssists with building and assembling productMaintain inventory accuracy and replenish picking locationsOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment safelyLoad and unload incoming and outgoing shipments; organize warehouse inventoryPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsAssist with production, assembly, packaging, and finishing operationsOperate manual bandsaw, auto saw, press, or auto gluer as necessaryPrepare materials for production runsPerform quality inspections and report defectsServe as a backup driver for local deliveries using a company box truck/vanLoad, transport, and unload products safelyComplete delivery paperwork and maintain positive customer interactionsPerform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concernsFollow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesRegular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodationSupport and comply with all company policies and safety requirementsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Need To Succeed:1 – 3 years of online fulfillmentExperience troubleshooting technical equipment and basic mechanical skillsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordExperience driving a 16- to 26-foot box truck preferred1–3 years of warehouse, maintenance, logistics, or related experiencePreferred: Forklift certification or ability to become certifiedBenefits We Offer:Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)Paid sick and paid vacation time offCompany paid life insuranceAdditional life/accidental death and dismemberment insuranceShort- and long-term disability401k with company matchEPE USA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
