This position provides 24/7/365 support for real-time full-motion video (FMV) exploitation, analysis, and dissemination in support of critical operations while also serving as CenCore’s on-site lead for assigned personnel. The Site Lead serves as CenCore’s primary on-site representative and provides personnel oversight, guidance, communication, and operational support in coordination with CenCore leadership, the project manager, the prime contractor, and customer representatives. The successful candidate will help maintain workforce accountability, support new employee integration and training, communicate program requirements, identify employee concerns, and address performance or personnel issues through the appropriate channels. This role leverages Motion GEOINT, multi-sensor imagery, and other intelligence sources to deliver actionable intelligence products, conduct target analysis, and support mission planning and execution. The Site Lead will work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment alongside GEOINT specialists, intelligence analysts, engineers, mission partners, and program leadership. Key Responsibilities Site Leadership and Personnel Oversight Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and oversight to approximately 14 assigned personnel, with staffing varying by shift. Serve as CenCore’s primary on-site representative to employees, program leadership, the prime contractor, and customer representatives. Maintain regular communication with assigned employees through in-person meetings, email, telephone, and text communication, as appropriate. Build professional rapport with employees and provide timely answers, feedback, guidance, or escalation of workplace concerns. Reinforce expectations communicated by CenCore leadership, the prime contractor, and the customer. Address employee performance or conduct concerns in coordination with the project manager and CenCore program leadership. Provide counseling or documented performance feedback when authorized and required. Keep the Program Manager and Deputy Director of Programs and Intelligence informed of significant personnel, performance, retention, or operational concerns. Employee Integration and Training Support Welcome and assist new employees as they transition onto the contract and into the assigned work environment. Coordinate with customer representatives to monitor new employee training and qualification progress. Identify training deficiencies or performance concerns early and work with the appropriate stakeholders to support timely resolution. Help employees understand program expectations, communication channels, administrative requirements, and available support resources. Program Communication and Coordination Communicate program updates, requirements, and leadership guidance accurately and promptly to assigned personnel. Participate in required meetings with the project manager, prime contractor, customer, and CenCore leadership. Request and collect information from assigned employees in response to data calls, reporting requirements, or leadership requests. Provide clear workforce and site updates to CenCore program leadership as requested. Coordinate with CenCore leadership when contact or accountability confirmation is required for assigned personnel. Protect sensitive, proprietary, and classified information in accordance with company, customer, and contract requirements. Administrative and Workforce Accountability Support employee accountability and maintain awareness of assigned personnel and staffing status. Assist with updating contact rosters, personnel records, training information, and other program documentation. Remind employees of required administrative actions, including timecard completion and signature requirements. Track open personnel or administrative issues and follow through until they are resolved or appropriately transferred to program leadership. Maintain accurate, professional documentation of significant employee communications, performance concerns, counseling, and follow-up actions. Conduct real-time FMV exploitation in a rotating shift work environment. Exploit Motion GEOINT from multiple modalities, including multi-spectral, hyperspectral, infrared (IR), synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and LiDAR imagery. Perform target analysis using Motion GEOINT platforms and data sources. Produce intelligence products such as storyboards, vehicle follows, 360-degree graphics, summary reports, tailored mission-specific deliverables, and database remarks. Record and disseminate live exploitation comments with touch-typing proficiency of at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy. Research and analyze current and historical imagery, including hardcopy and softcopy imagery, to answer detailed information requirements. Generate standard and non-standard NGA imagery analysis products and deliver daily briefings as required. Work closely with NGA, NSG, ASG, service imagery/geospatial analysts, engineers, and mission partners to ensure comprehensive operational support. Requirements Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card. Ability to maintain all security, suitability, access, and customer requirements associated with the GEOSPI program and covered intelligence operations. Six years of full-time, post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience, or a bachelor’s de-gree in a related field. Working knowledge of Motion GEOINT exploitation techniques and tools. Familiarity with multi-sensor imagery modalities, including multi-spectral, hyperspectral, IR, SAR, and LiDAR imagery. Ability to touch-type at a minimum of 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy. Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, training, or providing operational guidance to other personnel. Experience working in a classified, government, defense, intelligence community, or mis-sion-focused operational environment. Ability to work the assigned shift and support operational schedule requirements. Ability to communicate professionally with employees, customer representatives, prime-contractor personnel, and organizational leadership. Strong documentation, follow-up, and workforce-accountability skills. Ability to address personnel and performance concerns professionally, discreetly, and through established reporting channels. Strong analytical and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior NGA or NSG operational support experience. Experience creating motion imagery-derived graphics and intelligence products. Familiarity with intelligence community data sources and production workflows. Prior experience as a site lead, shift lead, mission manager, team lead, senior analyst, or first-line supervisor. Experience handling employee counseling, performance documentation, conflict resolution, or retention concerns. Familiarity with government-contract reporting, staffing accountability, timekeeping, data calls, and personnel-record requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Geospatial Intelligence, Geography, Geospatial Sci-ence, Criminal Justice, National Security, or a related discipline. Relevant military leadership or noncommissioned officer experience. Applicable polygraph, if required by the customer. The position operates in a classified, mission-focused intelligence environment and requires compliance with all facility-access, security, confidentiality, and customer procedures. The position requires shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotational schedule. The role requires frequent use of computers, communications equipment, and standard office technology. The employee must be able to communicate in person and through electronic channels, participate in meetings, and review or prepare operational and personnel documentation. The role may involve extended periods of sitting, viewing computer displays, and working in an operational or watch-floor environment. Occasional movement throughout the worksite may be required to meet with employees, customer representatives, or program personnel.
