Capture Specialist, LeadThe Opportunity:Drive capture of business development opportunities, including strategic capture, shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and transition-in. Develop capture artifacts such as capture plans, call plans, competitor analysis, and preliminary win strategies. Support customer engagement efforts, including shaping outreach, gathering customer insights, and participating in customer meetings alongside account leadership. Develop win themes, discriminators, and teaming strategies. Partner with solution architects and SMEs to translate customer needs into viable technical and management approaches. Support the development of pricing strategies with guidance from pricing and finance teams. Coordinate and lead gate reviews, status briefings, action tracking, and documentation needed throughout the capture lifecycle. Assist in identifying potential teammates and subcontractors and help manage teaming documentation. Facilitate the transition from capture to proposal, ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
