Strategic Customer Support Representative - Power & HVAC

Strategic Customer Support Representative (Pump and Power) Current responsibilities for this role include serving as the first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, providing equipment solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and processing customer contracts. The primary goal is to maximize sales revenue while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role. Strong sales skills and customer service focus. Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications. Experience with Wynne and/or equipment rental/emergency response is a plus. Physical Demands Requirement to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 25 pounds or more; work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
