Job Description

e Accounting Specialist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes
• Support general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries
• Assist with month-end close and maintain organized financial records
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial transactions and supporting documentation
• Maintain structured filing systems for accounting records and compliance purposes
• Support internal controls and adhere to company accounting policies and procedures
• 1 -2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or general ledger support
