MARKETING MANAGER

We are hiring a Marketing Department Supervisor to oversee staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and grow marketing initiatives in promotions, entertainment, and social media. Responsibilities Supervise and manage staff in marketing areas such as promotions and entertainment; develop and implement operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives. Create effective schedules while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction. Assist in the budget process, provide recommendations, ensure compliance with budget initiatives, and report budget concerns to management. Support exceptional customer service in accordance with department and company standards; manage customer service goals. Enhance guest interactions by providing friendly greetings, directions, answers to questions, announcements, and creating an upbeat atmosphere. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and report potential issues to Executive Management/GM. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all departmental and company matters. Manage all marketing support services, including promotions, entertainment, and internal department requests. Manage relationships with outside vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective production campaigns. Manage property promotions such as slot tournaments, brand promotions, and VIP events; create strategic plans and calendars and oversee media communications. Oversee marketing and communication efforts on social media; maintain consistent brand voice; monitor social media and web for opportunities to engage. Plan and organize scheduled entertainment acts; dress in appropriate uniform or attire for events, and occasionally costumes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in marketing, finance, or related field, or equivalent education and experience; five years of progressively challenging leadership roles in marketing or operations. Experience across multiple communication channels, including direct mail, e‑mail, and social media. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong client interface and presentation skills. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically. Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, percent, and interpretation of bar graphs. Demonstrated ability to drive toward results. Supervisory Responsibilities Responsible for staff development and training programs. Responsible for a rewards and recognition program to maximize employee engagement. Evaluate team members and deliver constructive feedback on performance. Determine staffing recommendations (interviewing, hiring, scheduling) to meet business needs. Manage workflow procedures and expedite workflow. Responsible for employee performance management, including disciplining, coaching, and counseling. Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000.
