Job Description

• Serve as the primary resource for inbound calls to minimize workflow interruptions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment.
• Respond to customer inquiries or route calls to the appropriate staff.
• Update progress notes to keep the workflow transparent for team members.
• Provide customer service through a management information system regarding prescription status and insurance verification.
• Address patient questions during refill scheduling and connect them with clinical staff when necessary.
• Report adverse events and product complaints to ensure patient safety.

Critical Information

• Work schedule: M-F, 9am - 5:30pm (training); M-F, 11:30am - 8:00pm (permanent shift).
• Hybrid position: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote after training.

Education/Licenses Needed

• Registered pharmacy technician in NC.
