Are you an experienced Vascular Access Nurse looking for more flexibility, autonomy, and earning potential?

We are seeking highly autonomous PICC specialists to join our mobile vascular access team covering the Stuart to Vero Beach corridor . This 1099 independent contractor position gives experienced nurses the flexibility to control their workload and maximize their income.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Average Annual Earnings: $90,000–$100,000

• Top Performer Earnings: $150,000+ (Uncapped)

Coverage Area

Primary Territory: Stuart, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, and surrounding communities.

This is a field-based position requiring travel to healthcare facilities, clinics, and patient sites throughout the territory.

Candidates should ideally live within or directly adjacent to the coverage area.

What You'll Do

• Perform specialized vascular access services with an emphasis on first-stick success.

• Perform PICC line insertions across a variety of healthcare settings.

• Serve as the vascular access clinical expert while working independently in the field.

• Collaborate with facility healthcare teams.

• Travel throughout the assigned territory based on case volume.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 100 verifiable PICC line insertions .

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida RN License .

• Credentials: PICC Certification highly preferred.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

• Travel: Comfortable traveling throughout the Stuart-to-Vero Beach territory.

• Mindset: Clinically confident, accountable, dependable, and highly autonomous.
