Join a rapidly growing fabrication shop where your welding skills will be valued, your work will be visible, and you'll have the chance to work with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel on unique customer projects.What You'll DoPerform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum weldments, including hydraulic reservoirs and custom fabricated components.Complete occasional MIG welding as needed based on project requirements.Fabricate and assemble parts using blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.Work with materials ranging from 12-gauge to 1/4-inch thickness.Grind, clean, and finish your own welds to meet quality and appearance standards.Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality before moving parts to the next stage of production.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to ensure customer specifications and deadlines are met.What We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of TIG welding experience, or a Welding degree/certificate from a technical program.Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.Experience with grinding and finishing welds.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently while meeting production goals.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a fabrication or job shop environment.MIG welding experience.Experience with custom fabrication projects rather than high-volume production.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Why You'll Love This OpportunityPay: $28-$32/hour based on experienceMultiple shifts available 1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PMGrowing company with strong business momentumVariety of custom projects instead of repetitive production workOpportunity to work with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steelStable workload with a steady pipeline of new projectsTeam-oriented environment where quality craftsmanship is valuedOpportunity for long-term growth as the company continues to expandWork EnvironmentYou'll work in a fast-paced fabrication shop specializing in custom metal fabrication, hydraulic reservoirs, and small-order production runs.
