Offline - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

Job Description YOUR ROLE You can’t buy product if it’s not on the floor. As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and strong attention to detail. The Stockroom is your place, but you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities Passion for brand standards: keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. The Stockroom is your home base: keep the Stockroom organized and running efficiently with product, visual props, marketing and fixtures. Be innovative: identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to address it. Teamwork: assist fellow team members with non-stock tasks or guest needs. Integrity: safety is a priority in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor; follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

YOU’D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

You love AE and Aerie products. You value organization and have attention to detail; you excel at priority-setting and time management. You have flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends. You have previous stock-related experience.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave; REAL rewards may be offered at AEO’s discretion.
