Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$1933.92/week - Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered treatments according to established standards. Supervises and coordinates nursing staff activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patient health status and collect relevant clinical data. Develop individualized care plans and prescribe appropriate interventions. Implement and coordinate care delivery while promoting a safe and healing environment. Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions. Delegate tasks effectively to nursing team members and collaborate with other healthcare providers. Qualifications: Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher. Demonstrate at least two years of recent experience in a medical-surgical nursing setting. Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Have ACLS certification; PALS preferred.
