In this role, you’ll analyze workforce and talent data to support strategic workforce planning across our manufacturing operations. You’ll build dashboards, forecasts, and reports that guide hiring, staffing, and retention decisions. Partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations, you’ll translate complex data into clear, bilingual insights that help optimize labor, support growth, and strengthen our culture of inclusion, continuous learning, and brand-building impact.
