## Overview Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible General and Subspecialty Radiologists to join their collaborative, physician-led outpatient imaging practice in San Diego, CA. Join a well-established group of 19 radiologists providing high-quality, patient-centered imaging services across San Diego County. ## Practice Info 100% outpatient imaging No overnight or ED shift burden Built-in remote flexibility Well-established and collegial group of 19 radiologists Brand-new Kearny Mesa clinic featuring advanced imaging suites, including a new 3.0T MRI, new Cardiac CT, and new in-house PET/CT Physician-led, multispecialty group with 16 clinic locations throughout San Diego County ## Compensation Total Compensation range (salary+bonuses/incentives): $500,000-$590,000 Internal moonlighting opportunity for increased income to greater than $650,000 Sign-on bonus ## Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Paid vacation, sick time, and CME time Pension plans + 401(k) 2-year shareholder track PSLF-eligibility ## Shift & Schedule Flexible scheduling 4-day workweek (Monday–Friday): 1 dedicated remote/teleradiology day per week Full-time = 34 hours/week No weekends, evenings, or holidays Shorter workweeks (34 hours) ## Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology (board certification required within the first 2 years of employment)
