Interventional Radiologist

RP SoCal is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join their team in Palm Springs, CA. The role involves covering emergent interventions for an acute trauma center and typical hospital inpatient procedures, with a 1:4 IR call shared equally. Desert Regional Medical Center (DRMC) is a Level 2 Trauma Center and Advanced Primary Stroke Center with a busy Comprehensive Cancer Center. The group covers one of the largest primary care networks in the Palm Springs/Inland Empire area, along with JFK Memorial Hospital and Hi-Desert Medical Center. DRMC is a teaching hospital with opportunities to work with residents in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, and Neurosurgery. Radiology Partners has developed custom technology-driven solutions for radiologists, including multiple AI tools. Responsibilities Cover emergent interventions for an acute trauma center. Cover typical hospital inpatient procedures. Share IR call equally with other Interventional Radiologists (1:4 call rotation). Compensation The salary range for this position is $450,000-$600,000. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Attractive sign-on bonus. Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist. Fully functional in covering emergent interventions for an acute trauma center. Fully functional in typical hospital inpatient procedures. Fully functional in all areas of Interventional Radiology. Interventional oncology skillset (a plus). Comfortable with all aspects of general Radiology. Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program. Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR). Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology is required. Licensed or has the ability to obtain a license in the state of California.
