The Opportunity

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Technician to support the deployment of integrated shop floor production solutions across ERP, shop floor, and analytics systems.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will play a pivotal part in delivering real-world Business Central implementations-bridging the gap between business systems and manufacturing operations.

What You'll Be Doing

* Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Premium) solutions in manufacturing environments
* Configure and deploy ERP systems integrated with MES, shop floor, and production systems
* Work directly with end users to optimize workflows and align business processes with system capabilities
* Troubleshoot functional, system, and data-related challenges across platforms
* Support training, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, service, and project delivery

What We're Looking For

* Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (implementation, support, or configuration)
* Background in ERP systems within manufacturing or industrial environments

* Exposure to system integrations, data flows, or shop floor operations is a plus
