This role addresses the challenge of validating product quality and fit while ensuring seamless execution across all phases of product delivery. By managing internal and cross-functional vendor relationships, this position solves alignment gaps to deliver high-impact roadmap requirements effectively. The individual will continuously synthesize market insights and operational data to translate emerging technologies into scalable, commercialized solutions.What Success Looks Like (Objectives):Monitor and drive business metrics across subscribers, revenue, operations, and product stability to achieve key departmental OKRs; mitigate risks through targeted corrective actionsDesign, administer, and iterate comprehensiveUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans that directly align with required technical and operational competenciesSynthesize market, industry, and competitive trends into data-driven business cases and roadmap recommendations for executive leadershipLeverage AI tools to analyze commercial performance metrics, streamline documentation, and identify emerging growth opportunitiesTake ownership of the UAT iteration process to guarantee seamless product launches across commercial sectorsPartner across marketing, commercial sales, operations, and external vendors to execute go-to-market strategies and advance commercial line initiativesSkills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):Expertise in end-to-end product delivery, roadmap strategy definition, and executionProblem-solving capability to break down complex, ambiguous challenges into simple, customer-focused solutionsTechnical and business acumen with the ability to evaluate new technology concepts and synthesize financial or P&L performance dataAI literacy and application skills to enhance data interpretation, optimize testing workflows, and evaluate emerging tech integrationCritical experience with cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and internal stakeholder alignment without direct authorityStrong communication, presentation, and adaptability skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgencyAdditional Qualifications:Familiarity with multiple functional domains such as UX/UI, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or MarketingDeep curiosity and active interest in continuous professional development and continuous learningMaster of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited universityMinimum Requirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related discipline)Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, QA, UAT, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceRequired Technical Skills: 1-3 years of experience with:Product lifecycle management and roadmap execution toolsData analysis tools for market trend research and business metric monitoringUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) frameworks and quality assurance plan developmentVisa sponsorship not available for this roleSalary RangesCompensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
