On the Mobility Product team, we solve real problems and deliver critical products for millions of customers. The Mobility Product Team is responsible for the ideation, delivery and enhancements for all mobile products and features across multiple customer segments. You will advocate for the customer experience, perform business analysis, and support executive communications to guide organizational priorities for our client.

Rate: $48.00 to $58.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for the customer and drive the best customer experience through pain point identification, the customer journey process, and writing user stories.
• Evaluate a market’s value chain and our client’s ability to create a unique and defensible position, including defining market size and value available.
• Develop executive-level presentations, summaries, and briefing materials that translate complex business issues, strategic initiatives, and operational updates into clear, concise, and visually compelling narratives.
• Perform recurring and ad hoc business analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key dependencies, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Understand industry best practices including emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to guide organizational priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, product management peers, and business stakeholders to gather and validate inputs and align on messaging, expectations, and deliverables.
• Support strategic planning activities, leadership meetings, and business reviews, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of materials delivered to leadership.
• Recommend improvements to presentation flow, executive storytelling, and overall communication effectiveness.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of business analysis, strategy, executive communications, consulting, or related experience.
• Ability to analyze data and synthesize complex information into concise, actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication skills with leadership and peers, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle, prioritize, and deliver on multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create well designed, executive-level presentations that drive decision making, seek consensus, and educate stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently, exercise sound business judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Sense of urgency to achieve business results.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with integrating leading AI tools into workflows.
• Preferred: Financial analysis skills and experience supporting financial analysis initiatives.
• Preferred: Product knowledge and experience with product-related initiatives.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
