This newly created position offers the opportunity to become the central recruiting resource for a growing national platform, partnering directly with executive leadership, firm partners, and external recruiting agencies to attract top accounting and finance talent.This is an ideal opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to play a visible role in shaping a growing Talent Acquisition function.Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as the primary recruiting partner across a multi-state portfolio of accounting firms. This individual contributor role will oversee multiple concurrent searches, manage agency relationships, coordinate hiring activities, and help build scalable recruiting processes as the organization continues its aggressive growth trajectory.While the title is Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a hands-on recruiting role with no direct reports.
