Recruiting Operations Manager

Driving the systems infrastructure and process design, the full-time Recruiting Operations Manager will oversee the optimization of the recruiting tech stack, implement process improvements, and partner with analytics to enhance the hiring experience in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own administration, configuration, and optimization of the recruiting technology stack, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows Design and implement process improvements to reduce recruiter friction and improve hiring velocity Collaborate with the Analytics team to define reporting requirements and translate insights into actionable recommendations Required qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration Hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms, preferably Ashby, including configuration and workflow design Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automation, including AI/ML tooling Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Systems thinking orientation to map dependencies across tools, teams, and processes
