Your Role As a Manager As a Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring every guest has a smooth, exciting, and memorable experience. You'll set the tone for energy, safety, and service while keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day floor operations and guest flow Lead and support front-line staff to ensure a high level of customer service Manage team schedules, breaks, and shift transitions Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and care Ensure all interactive rooms and equipment are functioning safely and properly Monitor team performance and coach staff to meet performance goals Collaborate with upper management on staffing, events, and improvements Uphold safety protocols and operational procedures Qualifications Prior supervisory or management experience, preferably in attractions, hospitality, retail, or entertainment Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and people skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a dynamic, high-energy environment Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Basic tech troubleshooting or operational experience is a plus Passion for interactive experiences, games, or entertainment is a huge bonus!
