This full-time position has an anticipated hourly pay up to $61.25 per hour - with hiring bonuses - $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

A Mammography Technologist is a healthcare professional who performs breast imaging procedures, ensures high-quality diagnostic images, and provides patient care throughout the mammography process.

Responsibilities

Mammography skills

• Perform advanced mammography procedures with a high level of accuracy and clinical expertise.
• Assist in Stereotactic Breast and ensure proper processing of specimens and lab documentation.

Assist in Stereotactic localization procedures

• Evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate imaging approaches using critical thinking.
• Review imaging orders, perform exams, and ensure adherence to IHS quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including patient identification and procedural time-outs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences required.
• Current ARRT, CRT, and CPR certifications are required.
• Advanced mammography training.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support team members.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence.
