Adventist Rehabilitation - RockvilleAdventist Healthcare's Rehabilitation seeks to hire an experienced Patient Financial Advisor for our Rockville, MD location who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.As a Patient Financial Advisor you will:Supports pre-service processesScheduling and coverage authorization of scheduled servicesMay require physician/clinical communicationPre-registration of scheduled services to include coverage verifications and authorizationsAssisting patients in completing AHC charitable applications at the medical centersQualifications include:High School Graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience within a healthcare financial environment. Can include insurer or public health setting as well.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must maintain a high level confidentialityMust work well in stressful environments without compromising quality and accuracy.Strong Customer Service skillsAbility to participate in an environment that promotes staff development, productivity, satisfaction and efficiencyPC skills in a Windows environment are required.
