Responsibilities: As a PMO Analyst you will:

• Lead onboarding and offboarding operations for resources across the projects, partnering closely with senior leadership and project managers to support staffing transitions.
• Maintain and regularly update resource rosters for the projects.
• Manage training compliance by tracking completion status and sending weekly reminders to individuals with outstanding training requirements.
• Manage background check renewal processes for project resources, including tracking deadlines, communicating requirements, and ensuring compliance.
• Prepare and distribute monthly resource rosters to project and Deloitte leadership, including all roster updates.
• Submit the quarterly ServiceNow Logical Access Review.
• Attend weekly staffing calls with senior project managers and verify staffing changes or updates that need to be made.
• Partner with PMO leadership to manage and track upcoming project deliverables.
• Lead deliverable management for two projects, including sending reminders, coordinating timelines, and scheduling working sessions as needed. Attend and document meeting minutes for two separate client calls.
• Facilitate the weekly Friday Cross Stream Call.
• Send periodic reminders to resources to update project documentation, demands, and project status reports.
• Send weekly reminders to leadership regarding updates to the PTO calendar.
• Coordinate and submit the monthly M&O on-call calendar.
• File change notices, CCRs, and project deliverables in SharePoint.
• Submit tickets for tool-related issues, including modified support user tickets, generic request forms, and password reset tickets.
• Other tasks as needed.
